MB’92 offers its client the services of the best companies. Our technical partners are previously selected by the company in order to ensure the quality of the products used and services provided in the projects.
The Commercial Department is responsible for the first contact with clients and ship owners to cater to their needs and offer the necessary services to execute the yachts refit, repair and maintenance works.
All the projects are previously drawn up and budgeted by the Technical Department, in charge of the preliminary projects, whose tasks comprise, among others, the description of the technical processes, the coordination of the technical studies entrusted to engineering companies, or the visits to the yachts to assess the technical works required, always within the framework of an estimation suited to the clients’ needs.
The work processes executed in MB’92 are managed by the Project Managers teams, responsible for the project that liaises between the vessel and the several departments in charge of the company’s basic services.
The production teams’ main goal is to oversee all the process and ensure the efficiency, deadlines and quality of the works executed by every technical partner involved in the project.
MB’92 considers safety a must in each project carried out at the shipyard. To this end, the company relies on a risk assessment plan, led by the Work Hazard Department, which details all the processes to be followed in the shipyard daily works as regards to safety so as to enforce the necessary quality and guarantees in the production project.
The company constantly invests in specific training courses under the aegis of safety and prevention politics so that all the members of the production team are qualified as risks coordinators. Such training provides the essential knowledge to supervise the work procedures, under the most demanding safety and quality rules, required by all the projects carried out in an industrial area such as the port of Barcelona where MB’92 is located.
Additionally, the shipyard invests considerable resources to follow up the finished projects in order to provide the necessary support in the event of any problem.
