MB′92 organised its 1st annual brainstorming session

Marina Barcelona 92 SA (MB’92) recently organised on 23rd until 25th January 2010 in ski resort Andorra its first annual brainstorming session led by a select group of Captain’s, a SYBAss member and MB92 Management.

The purpose was to receive feedback from MB92´s Clients on the past and current performance of the Refit ship yard & discuss where improvements can be made in order to suit the Clients requirements in the future.

Several subjects i.e. Contracts, Pricing, Yard Services, Project Management, Workmanship, After Services, Planning, etc. which were covered during 4 meeting sessions over 2 days.

The assessment produced valuable response for MB92 and will be important to act on, taking into account the current market changes and to maintain its focus to facilitate the Clients on the long term.

Finally MB92´s 50 mil. Euro expansion plan was presented by its CEO Pepe García Aubert which is scheduled to commence before the summer 2010. The company wanted to seize the opportunity to verify their Clients opinion on the new foreseen services to be implemented, including the facilities capability to handle Yachts over 90 metres length.

The brainstorming session has been due to all its participants without a doubt a very successful experience that will be repeated next year.
