This 11,200 m² area holds MB’92’s main offices, warehouses and repairs workshops.

MB’92 has a 2,500 m² warehouse for the reception and dispatching of the materials required by the megayachts, as well as for the necessary temporary storage, including the supplies of paint, oil and others.

The workshops, scattered around the buildings of the shipyard, are specialized in mechanics, electricity, carpentry, boiler, engineering, hydraulics, paint, air conditioning, welding, upperworks, and, in general, all the works a superyachts may require.
