The 150 ton Travelift with the capacity to dock yachts up to 35 metres in length is located in this area of the shipyard as well as the connection points for basic services – electricity, fresh water, telephone and Internet access for the yachts docked in the nearby docking quays.

In this area, with a 15,600 m²,  there usually are tent prepared to hold paint works for the several elements of the yachts such as gangways, boarding ladders, etc. This vast area allows the use of 40 to 130 ton mobile cranes to serve the yachts located in the front and North quays.
